Michael Cardone, P.E.
Mike, the creative vision behind Cardone Contracting started out his career in luxury home building working his way through the masonry and carpentry trades. His attention to detail was soon noticed. He was quickly moved into a project management position where he was responsible for coordinating the craftsmen and labor force on large multi-year town home construction projects.
Michael received his bachelor's in “Civil Engineering Technology” from “Old Dominion University”, Norfolk, VA in 1992. Followed two years later with a Master's degree in “Civil Engineering” from the “New Jersey Institute of technology”. Michael is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Over the next few years, he proved himself in the workplace as the right person to get the job done and was rewarded with more and more responsibility and overall control.
Having mastered large commercial and residential project management and coordination of staffing and labor, he turned his attention to his own venture. Michael focused on custom, luxury home construction, and renovation where he could work directly with clients and create truly personal homes that fit perfectly with their lifestyles.
With over 25 years of experience running Cardone Contracting, he has grown a reputation for quality work, an honest and hands-on approach, and a long list of very grateful clients, who appreciated the fact that he took the time to listen to their needs and did whatever was possible to make that a reality.
Michael resides in Denville, spending as much of his spare time as possible with his wife and two children. He continues to steer Cardone Contracting on a true course to fine-quality construction with cutting-edge, practical day-to-day designs.
